June 22, 2019:
Health Access Sumbawa is a 501(c)(3) founded by Jack Kennedy from Nobleboro, Maine, who contracted malaria following a site visit to Sili village on Cempi Bay in central Sumbawa. Their mission is “Health For Remote Communities”: improving access to vital health services such as malaria control for people living in malaria-endemic communities.HAS health & community development programs focus on the needs of families on the remote island of Sumbawa, Indonesia, but are not limited to any particular geographic location.
Please come to enjoy wine and other beverages, a delicious dinner from the Lusty Lobster food truck, and dance the night away! All proceeds from the event will benefit Health Access Sumbawa.
